I manned the garage sale at my parents' house this weekend, sitting in the shade of our house and watching as people picked through our goods. Surprisingly, I sold much of my junk. To help support my efforts, my mother gave me all the money we made: $300.

And in the process, I was sifting through some unlabeled cassettes and listened to one that my sister and I made when I was 9 years old. We rambled on about nothing in particular, but it was endearing and a great document of my childhood. Very special.
