I have discovered Fit TV, a cable channel dedicated to fitness and many many exercise programs. Back in high school I taped Gilad's "Body in Motion" series and exercised after school. Apparently he still gets air time.

I was unable to get up in time to make it to the gym this morning (I blame my REM of Sean Astin, Elijah Wood and I holding hands in the water....) so instead I worked out with Fit TV. It seems I've picked up a new addiction.
