2004-02-18 - 8:00 p.m. getting emotional I don't like becoming emotional about stuff, but it does happen on occation and I am, after all, a girl. I felt minor hot flashes and anxiety attacks as I thought about grad school. Going through PMS wasn't helping. Just as a temporary measure, I am no longer going to eat at home after work. I consume too much "comfort food" and have gotten myself to a very uncomfortable weight. MH says I'm just fine, but he's not the one hanging out of my pants.
