A rumor has spread that I will be the next Deputy Director (DD) of my organization. The current DD is pregnant and will be going on maternity leave in June. I find it quite funny and flattering that people are so ready to accept that falsehood.

My fall plans haven't changed, and that is priority. The promissory note from my financial aid is in. The last bit is to get the slides of my work together so I can ship my application to Edinburgh in full.

I saw "Big Fish" Friday night and thought, despite my bias toward anything Scottish, Ewan McGregor was mis-cast. The movie though was surprisingly delightful.
