Being in MD with my family was like being in a time warp. Days molded together, our activities un-varied, the people never changing....I felt restless the entire time I was there.

My mother is losing her mind. And I don't think it's anything as serious as alzheimers. I think that she doesn't use her brain as much as she could and it's causing slight memory loss.

I have resolved to cut back on my caffene intake. I am currently going through withdrawl, feeling a slight headache for the past couple days. If my lifestyle will be changing soon enough, might as well change the entire thing.
